Becoming Better Featured

So here we are in 2014. You may think that it is just going to be a continuation of the same old thing. That thinking has got to go. You have to be aware that YOUR THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS.

If your thoughts are negative, most likely the outcome that you will experience will be negative too.

 

This philosophy is true with relationships, your ability to move on from your current job to another job, or even get involved in another relationship. What you think influences your actions, and your actions create your outcomes.

 

Living life is hard. We experience all kinds of things that eventually make us stronger, but in the meantime we can encounter situations that make us sad, fearful, and unhappy. All of those emotions are normal. What we want to do is grow with our experiences, and become better because of them.

 

So, direct your mind to think positive thoughts when you know you are headed in a negative direction. Stop yourself from dwelling in the negative. Repeat to yourself: “I am a wonderful person and I believe that my positive energy will take over,” and continue to repeat it until the negative feelings are gone. They will go away because they will not get attention if you do not dwell on them. It takes some focus to change. Change is good. Now let’s get going!” xo Sally
