Stop Being Afraid Featured

It is scary to try new things.  It makes us feel vulnerable and unsure.  That is normal, but don’t let it stop you.

When we let our fears control our choices, it prevents us from experiencing new things that could take us to our ultimate goals. 

It is a vicious cycle that keeps us right where we don’t want to be.

Take the next few days to define what you are afraid of, and instead of continually telling yourself that you have no other choice, ask yourself this:

What would happen if I approach my life differently?  What is the worst thing that could happen? Chances are….you’ll never know until you try. Go for it!                        “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally
