Need A Push?

We all need “a good push” at times. When we don’t think we can do something, it helps to have someone encourage us to try that new thing or think out of the box.

Keep this in mind today when you hear someone say “I can’t” or “I don’t have the right background” or “I will never get that new job.”

Give them a “push,” compliments of Sally. (Tell them that too) We have to associate with people that build us up and help us get to the next level.

The most important thing you can do, as you travel upwards to your own goals and dreams, is to help others reach theirs. Everyone wins. Create your winning team of friends!  "Now, let's get going!"  xo Sally

Controlling Your Destiny

At the risk of sounding like men and women are different, I can say that there are many men that experience this same issue. More women seem to fall into this category though, so let’s spend the next few days thinking this through.

If you really want to have a say in your future, or where you are heading, you have to give yourself the gift of time. Women tend to divide themselves into many different pieces, to make it through the day and into the evening. There are many things that meet us head-on during the day that have to be managed, and many times women are the ones that are expected to multi-task and get the jobs done.

Here’s the reality of that routine: if you don’t carve out some time to work on you and your future goals, your plan for making your dreams happen just may get shoved in a corner somewhere.

What if you actually did as much for yourself over the next few days, as you do for others? Wouldn’t that be interesting? Can you imagine what that would be like?

It isn’t impossible to give yourself the gift of time. You need some time to be able to be productive in other parts of your life. It all starts with seeing yourself doing something that gives you meaning. Start with that and let your energy flow outward to get on a pathway that has your name on it. “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Keep Sailing Forward

Feeling safe where you are develops a good sense of security. It allows you to function where you are within your comfort zone. The question you need to ask yourself is “am I happy with who I am-where I am?”

As we get older, it is easier to accept where we are - as being where we will stay. Maybe you feel that have experienced “enough.”

Life doesn’t stop giving you new opportunities to grow and experience new things, regardless of the mental limitations you place on yourself. Many times we stop our own dreams. We tell ourselves that we can’t do something because we are either too old, too inexperienced, or whatever excuse we use.

The fact is that you have been given more time to explore life. No matter what you have been through or how you feel, you have the ability to get involved. You can still learn and you can still contribute. You just have to “sail forward.” You can. Don’t waste days, weeks and hours, convincing yourself that you can’t. “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Running Away From Problems

We all need a break sometimes…and you should take some time for yourself, or spend some time with friends that allow you some “down time.”

But…running away from your problems is never a good idea. Those kinds of problems never really go away…they fester and need to be dealt with!

So here is something to think about; if you have some problems that you would like to run away from, consider what your options are to manage the issue(s).

Some problems are not so easy to “solve.” Sometimes you need to develop different strategies to manage a situation that will allow the problem to come to a point where you have a better chance to resolve it. It can take some time to work that out. Take the time. Look at your options. Develop a strategy. Running away only prolongs the inevitable.

You won’t get that time back…you have more positive goals to work on. Rid yourself of the negative weight. You deserve better. “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

The Struggle Is Real

The Struggle Is Real. Living with a purpose takes some energy, there is no doubt. Some days you may think that you don’t have it in you, and other days you may feel more energized.

Either way, keep in mind that struggling is normal. There is always going to be give and take, easy and hard, and right versus wrong.

Don’t allow yourself to get disappointed or frustrated over the “struggle.” Change happens and we have to manage. We have to create a new beginning. We have to be grateful for what we had and believe that better times are ahead of us.

We can choose to live with the perception that life is a struggle or we can choose to accept the fact that some lessons are harder than others. Challenges make us stronger and we will never know our potential by sitting still. Move in the direction of your dreams. Believe that you are meant to do amazing things, because you are. What will you choose to do today that will reinforce the fact that you are moving upward, toward the pathway that will get you where you want to go? This process…is called living life.

Make sure you give it your all! “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

24 Hours

24 hours. We all get 24 hours each day to spend how we choose. You may say that you have to work, and you don’t like your job, and that you would give anything to spend your 24 hours differently.

Well, who can change that? Who has the power to decide how those 24 hours are going to be spent each day? You do.

Your present circumstances may not allow you to change your job today, but each 24 hours that pass holds the same potential promise…and if you keep choosing to pass up opportunities to find another job, get help at home or tackle something that you want to do, but are afraid to do it…nothing will change. You have the time…use it wisely.

Sometimes we don’t make time for things that matter. I think we should challenge ourselves to carve out some time and take that time to do something different. Get out of your normal routine and explore what else is out there. Habits are made to be broken. Work is going to be there.

Be proud of how you use your next 24 hours. What are you going to do differently? “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Be Brave

Be Brave as you go through the next few days. Don’t worry if you are not feeling exceptionally strong, as long as you keep your fear “in check” you will continue.

You will continue to pursue your best life and the goals that you are trying to achieve. Do not let others get you off your path. Stay true to what you are trying to do, and stay Brave in the face of those that tell you it is not possible. Do not believe them. Believe your own voices and your steadfast energy to make your life better than it was yesterday.

You have the power to change your life and the conditions that you find yourself in today. Be Brave as you tackle your own personal doubt. You can achieve this! You are AMAZING! Believe it!

What Faith Does

Step out on Faith today.

Whatever your beliefs, whatever your religion, Faith requires the outlook and perception that goodness will prevail.

We are living in difficult times, but other generations have too. When you go back through history, there were a number of generations that thought the “end” was near, just because of the circumstances they were living in. We have to be mindful of one primary thing: Good deeds outweigh Evil. If we all work to create a safe environment for each other, evil will have no power.

Believe today (and everyday) that you are here to do Good. Because you are. There is no better gift to give the people in your life or your fellow man. “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Making Waves

There are natural things that happen in the universe. Nature has its own way of communicating with all that exists and surrounds us.

Don’t underestimate your potential to create. You may feel like you are paddling your boat “upstream” and getting no-where fast. Don’t give up.

People may criticize you for “making waves” when they would prefer the easy way out. If you need to make waves to get the job done…keep at it.

In the end, all we have is our reputation and our track record that shows where we have been and what we have been trying to do. Don’t stop moving up and believing you are worth the battle! You are amazing! Believe it! “Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Wake Up With A Purpose!

Start your week on the right foot. Wake up with a Purpose today!

If you have no idea what your purpose may be, start defining what you want to see happen before the end of the year. It is only three months and one day away.

You have to take the time to dream your dream. Don’t dismiss what you have within you. You are a gift. You were put on this earth to serve a purpose and you have been given a number of talents and skills to make that opportunity a reality.

So start this day with a sense of developing a new beginning…one more step towards working on your dream. You can do it. No matter what your age or circumstance; everyone can still dream.

Life is ever changing, and who’s to say that you will never realize your dreams? No-one. Now, let’s get going!”  xo Sally

  • The Relationship Between Humans And Loud Music

  • What is a probate and why do I want to avoid it?
Many times, clients come into my office stating that they need to have Last Will and Testaments done and at the same time, they tell me they want to avoid probate of their estate after they die.
