Meet Katie Farrell:
Welcome to Dashing Dish! My name is Katie Farrell, and I’m the founder of Dashing Dish, a place to find healthy alternatives to the food you crave! I started this website after being told by friends and family that I have a unique talent for taking unhealthy recipes and making them healthy without losing any of the flavor.
When asked where I get my ideas for my recipes, I can’t help but give all glory to God. In fact, (and this is totally ironic) I hate following recipes in general. I make up each and every recipe as I go, which leads to a lot of trial and error at the end of the day, but ultimately I believe that every good recipe I create comes from the ultimate creator!
With Dashing Dish I hope to show you how easy it can be to make simple changes that will end the misconceptions about healthy eating and dieting. I will teach you how to make quick and easy meals that are healthy for you and your family. My mission is to help you realize that you can ditch the diets and unhealthy eating patterns forever and start eating the foods you enjoy, while being healthy and feeling satisfied.
I also share ideas and techniques from my personal experience of getting in shape and doing it God’s way. Dashing Dish is created to inspire you to get fit and healthy for life, all while enjoying the journey!
