You can choose to be happy. You may not feel that your present circumstances allow you to be happy, but happiness is a state of mind.
It may seem that you are up to your neck in debt, or you may be dealing with a family member’s aging or ill health, or both…and that you have nothing in your life to look forward to…but you do.
You have the power. You can change your attitude. You can look for the good side. Decide what you are learning from your present situation. Realize that it is temporary. Make a plan to change your current situation and think of steps you can take to get there. You have the power.
