I personally think that being spiritual is very helpful when we are doing our best to search for answers to life’s complex situations. Most people come up pretty disappointed when they feel lost and alone. If you haven’t developed your spirituality, it may be a great time to start looking into that. Whatever religion you were brought up in, or if religion was not part of your history, you might find it helpful to start visiting some churches for support.
