Be Bold, Brave and Strong

Have the courage to follow your dreams and work towards your goals. People will get in your way, and give you other things to do. Do what you need to do to stay true to yourself. What are your goals? Have you developed a clear vision of where you see yourself in 2015?

It is not too early to start thinking of where you want to be in 2015. What do you want for yourself and your family? Be willing to have the faith to believe that you can grow yourself into your goals. What do you see yourself doing? Where do you want to be?

Write it down and read those goals every day. Lay the foundation to start something new. Leave a comment and tell us what you want to achieve. We’ll put you on our prayer list, to help you achieve your best life. You can do it! You have the power! You are amazing! “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

The Bonus Of Sharing

Your success will grow, if you have a sharing heart.

People that work together, develop amazing results. People that work alone, tend to stay where they are.

If you find yourself with people that do not have that mindset, look for people who do. If you think that the people you associate with at work, do not collaborate but use your ideas and effort to better themselves, no one will get anywhere. Change your environment. Look for another option.

When you teach others to share, people learn more, appreciate more, and learn how to have a heart of gratitude. Be the “teacher” of sharing today. Everyone will benefit! “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Do You Know A Lonely Person?

Many times the person, who has the responsibility to care for others; neglects themselves. Their needs do not get met, and over time that can be a critical issue.

Women and men can fall into this category. Whether you are trying to keep a family together, help your children work through tough times, or if you are caring for a loved one, life can wear you out.

Take a moment to pay attention to the people that build you up and help you. Never take those people for granted. Everyone reaches a point where they can benefit from a heartfelt thank you or a smile. Take care of each other. Everyone plays a part in each day, and it takes all of us to make “living” a success.

If you are the lonely person, working hard to keep a stiff upper lip and a smile on your face, know that the sacrifices you make each day are noticed. You are a gift, and your selfless journey is not only appreciated, you demonstrate the importance of giving of your time and talent, to make sure others do well.

We all need to be a light in a world that tends to look dark at times. You can be that person! “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

What Happens When You Expect Nothing

Expectation. It is important to expect good things to happen in your life. When you expect things to turn around, and you expect to get that next raise or new job, you are putting positive energy into your day.

The goal is to add faith to your expectation. Believe that there is a higher power influencing your life and that you are going to realize great things when you let go of your personal way of attempting to control your life, and let faith have a chance to show you where you need to go.

Some people become anxious or nervous when you bring faith or God into a conversation about your future. Don’t be afraid to explore that, because if your way is not getting you where you need to be, it may be time to change your thinking! Faith is a huge undertaking, and an amazing adventure! Give it some thought and give it a try.

You deserve all that life has to offer. Maybe your approach is not changing things. Open up your mind to new ways of reaching your goals. “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Who Is Normal?

Who is “Normal?” I guess it is a word that describes the routine type of behavior that goes down the middle of the road, and doesn’t make waves. Someone who doesn’t create excitement? Someone who is predictable, and does not demonstrate any deviation from their behavior; day in and day out?

Now, let’s talk about you. Choose not to be "normal," if you want a better life. You have opportunities each day to experience new things, make new friends, and challenge yourself to do something outside of your “normal.”

We all know people who tend to run the straight course. In fact getting off course can throw their world into chaos…or so it would seem.  If that description fits you, it's time for more.

For the next few days I would challenge you to look again at those people that you have put into a “normal” category, even if you think it is you.  Find out what special skills they (you) have. What makes them (or you) special? If they don’t think of themselves as special, look deeper and see how special they (and you) are.

Be the person that brings a positive word and smile to the table. Start spreading your gifts to others. Encourage others to feel good about their potential. Feel good about your potential. Spread your goodness! “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Set Your Daily Priorities

Each day you need to set your priorities. It is important to stay positive and motivated, and prevent yourself from getting caught up in negative thinking.

Too often we don’t pay much attention to the people who love us. In fact there are times that we treat the people we love with less kindness than we give to complete strangers. We need to be aware of other’s feelings and treat everyone with respect and kindness.

When someone needs our help, give some assistance. It may be small in our estimation, but may mean the world to someone else.

And when someone leaves you, there may be no reason to look back. They may have a different agenda that does not include you. Continue to be strong. Keep moving forward. Believe that the best is yet to come; because that is who you are. You need to eliminate people who are hurtful and prevent you from living your best life.  “Now let’s get going!”  xo Sally

Don't Wait 20 Years

Take advantage of each day. Do your best to be positive. Avoid negative thinking and make an effort to walk away from negative people. They can be toxic to your health.

If you focus on the positive and lead yourself to experience life with purpose, you will be drawn to activities and people that will give you good memories.

Take the time to go places and do things that will encourage you and teach you more. Get un-stuck. Share your gifts. Don’t wait 20 years to make use of your potential.

You are amazing. Believe it! “Now let’s get going!” xo Sally

How Old Turns Into Wise

We all make mistakes. We make many of them when we are younger…but aging does not prevent us from making more mistakes.

We have to make a conscious effort to learn from our mistakes, to stop making the same ones over and over.

What the goal should be is this; once we have realized our error, whether it is something we have done or said, we need to decide what we can change to avoid making the same mistake again. If you need to learn better ways to communicate with your family, friends or co-workers start listening to how others communicate. If you need to learn how to avoid getting involved with the wrong people, start going to places where successful people hang out. Church groups may offer another alternative. Seek out supportive people that are interested in seeing you succeed.

Identify what successful people say and do to get their point across and see how they become successful in developing positive outcomes. Living each day provides you with a learning environment that can allow you to not only learn alternative ways to be successful; it can give you a second chance to try again.

Don’t give up. Look at mistakes as stepping stones to greatness. If you were not making mistakes, you would not be making progress. Do your best. Be a blessing to others. Things will improve.

The Secret To Your Future

There is always someone out there writing about a “secret” to this or a “secret” to that…”how to lose 10 pounds in a week”…”how to earn one million dollars in your spare time”…they are primarily sales pitches to get you to “buy in” to an idea…that usually costs you money and makes them money.

Well my philosophy is that the biggest secret out there; is that there are no secrets. You actually control your everyday routine. You can choose to eat less and exercise more. You can choose to develop more business ideas and invest your hard work and positive energy to make things happen. You can develop your faith and believe that there are powers greater than all of us who guide us along the pathways we are intended to be on.

Believe that your daily routine leads you in the direction you are going. Make the effort to connect with positive people every day. Work at establishing good relationships every day. Be the best you can be each and every day. You will succeed. You are amazing!

Never Allow Yourself To Be Desperate!

Are you feeling desperate? If you find yourself feeling lost or believe that you have no way out of a situation; sit down, take a deep breath, and decide to believe what you really know to be true.

Let me tell you what you need to know (and believe). You have value. You have brains. You have potential. You can achieve far more than you will ever believe, if you start to allow yourself to have the faith to change your heart from desperation to aspiration.

When we focus on positive thoughts and we allow ourselves to move past the point of being negative and go into what our dreams and aspirations are, we open new doors in our mind.

That is where it has to start. You have to believe that you are worth more than what your current circumstances are. You have to have the faith that you can achieve more and do better. Lose the negative talk and start the positive thinking. Allow your faith to take you higher. You DO have everything you need to be successful. “Now let’s get going!” xo Sally
